Nature's Garden

Don't you just love it when nature makes its own garden! Our garden is almost all nature- made on account of the solid rock we have. For years I tried to create my own version of a garden and in the end let nature have its way. I am so happy I did as its always a surprise in the mornings when I walk around the garden, one never knows what new things one will see, and the birds think so too!
This morning I took some photos to share with you of our nature's garden.

A delicate maidenhair fern growing on the old stone steps.

A secret pathway amongst the wild salvia, a pathway that is often a playground for the dogs.

A hanging basket nest left for us to enjoy by one of the many birds.

A fallen nest displayed artistically on a wooden potting shelf.

A delightfully pink delicate flower with many buds soon to open.
Isn't nature wonderful!

Long time

It seems to be ages since i posted or even visited my blog. Life is so busy with weekly shows, at time two in the weekend. My friend and I do the weekend shows together and each week we have a different theme, so its make like mad during the week to get some stock. Still I am enjoying being creative again.
I hope the weather for this saturdays/sundays shows is sunny so I can take some pictures and will post them here. This weekends show is garden settings.

New items for Shoppe

Mother Hubbard's Cupboard has a few new items, arn't these just too sweet!
The two bark-house shelves are wonderful for displaying, I love the barnstyle background on the one. The little metal bunny picks are just too cute, with their long stakes ending in a spring, these little bunnies bobble about with any movement. I love roosters and couldn't resist these two pieces, the little watering-can holds painted wooden stakes for your garden.
